We have just completed the European part of the trip. The bikes are working great. We only had to fix some minor oil leaks with silicone glue. After the Italian Riviera and Cote d’Azur we got hit by a massive culture shock in Marocco. We expect to get our visas for Mauritania and Senegal in the next few days and hit the ground running again. In the meanwhile we are posting the first photo album.

Today the website has kicked off in its new and hopefully final form. We will keep you posted how our prep is getting on. In due course we will add lots more details about our equipment, sponsors, time line etc.

We are currently planning the route and the dates, so as to avoid rainy and extremely hot seasons. It’s going to be very hot anyway. :) The time frame is between the 15th July 2007 and the 31st December 2007.
